Xavier Hernandez  Principal

Xavier brings over 10 years of industry experience to his role as company visionary and strategic planner.

He is responsible for all in-office aspects of the company’s day to day operations.

He has expertise in diverse architectural fields, including  commercial, urban design and mid rise condominiums and more than 12 years‘ training in computer drafting and design. His specialty, however, is the design of fine custom homes. Working in close personal communication with clients he is able to draw on his passion for architecture and knowledge of design to create the home of their dreams.

Xavier values the integrity and lasting quality of good design and is committed to creating homes that are both beautiful and a joy to live in.

Nazem Skaf Registered Professional Engineer

Nazem has lived and practiced Civil and Structural Engineering in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, San Diego and LA Counties areas for more than 15 years.

He has been reponsible for various structural design projects including Residential, Commercial and Industrial Facilities.

Nazem Holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston.
